Absolutely not. We will only charge you when you decide to use Signific after you’ve completed your evaluation. Your free trial is valid for 14 days.
Can I get a refund?
If you aren’t getting value from Signific, let us know. We’ll work through the problem with you first, but if you’re still not happy, we’ll refund your last monthly payment – no worries.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Nope! We offer our services on a month-to-month basis, unless you opt to take an annual plan. If you aren’t getting value out of Signific, we don’t want your money. All we ask is that you give us the chance to correct any issues that you’re having – but barring that, you can walk away at any time.
Do I need a smartphone to use Signific?
Yes. Only drivers need to have a smartphone in order to receive their delivery order information and route navigation. Currently the Driver App only supports Android smartphones – an Apple Driver App is coming soon!

Anything special for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for non-profits. Simply contact us with proof of non-profit status.
